Track your Todo list. Best is to maintain a log on Notion. I’ve created a Daily Power page where I keep adding daily todo list every day. Unlike other todo apps where your previous day vanishes from your view, here as I’m adding todolists like a blog, I can scroll down and see the todo list statuses of the previous days. Every two days or so I review and see what all things are done, what items are pending, where my energies are getting spent. At the end of the week I re can review and see what all things you did the whole week, what you didn’t finish.
